Common Apple Watch Issues

This guide will walk you through some common problems and how to resolve them.

Your Rhythm can't be calculated

In case you face any issues with your Rhythm, here are some steps you might find helpful:

  1. Check Permissions: Head to the Apple Health app on your iPhone and confirm that all necessary permissions have been granted to share data.

  2. Make sure you are tracking your sleep correctly, Peaks needs sleep data to calculate your rhythm, if this data is missing the calculations will fail.

Routines are Not Syncing to Your Watch

Keeping your routines in sync across devices via iCloud is brilliant—when it works. If you find that your routines are not syncing, the issue might lie with iCloud itself. Here's what you can do:

  1. Check Your Connection: Ensure that both your iPhone and Apple Watch are connected to Wi-Fi.

  2. Verify iCloud Sync: Ensure that your iCloud account is active and functional on both devices.

  3. Ensure Adequate Storage: If your iCloud storage quota is filled, it may prevent proper syncing. Cleaning up unnecessary data or upgrading your storage tier might help.

App Icon Not Appearing on Apple Watch

Several users have reported that the app icon is not appearing on the Apple Watch, even when the app is properly installed and functioning on the paired iPhone.

Please note that this is a known issue and our team is actively investigating it. We encourage you to keep your devices updated as we work toward a solution.
