Pairing Peaks with your Apple Watch is a great way to gather insights effortlessly.
Setting Up Sleep Tracking via Apple Watch
- Go to the Sleep app on your Apple Watch. 
- Follow the prompts on the screen to set up sleep tracking. 
Setting Up Sleep Tracking via Health App
- Open the Health App on your iPhone. 
- Select 'Browse' from the Tab Bar. 
- Scroll down to the sleep section. 
- Follow the instructions in the sleep section to set up sleep tracking
