Pairing Peaks with your Apple Watch is a great way to gather insights effortlessly.

Setting Up Sleep Tracking via Apple Watch

  1. Go to the Sleep app on your Apple Watch.

  2. Follow the prompts on the screen to set up sleep tracking.

Setting Up Sleep Tracking via Health App

  1. Open the Health App on your iPhone.

  2. Select 'Browse' from the Tab Bar.

  3. Scroll down to the sleep section.

  4. Follow the instructions in the sleep section to set up sleep tracking
