Correcting a wrong night

If you need to adjust a night's sleep data in Peaks that was incorrectly tracked from Apple Health, you can manually overwrite it.

Go to Insights Tab:

  • Open Peaks and head to the Insights Tab.

Edit Sleep Data:

  • Tap 'Edit' on the night you wish to adjust.

  • Modify the sleep data as needed.

Save Changes:

  • Press 'Save' to update the information.

Note: Overwriting sleep data from Apple Health may result in the loss of sleep phase data and some insights.

Reverting Changes:

  • To revert to the original Apple Health data, simply edit the night again and delete the manually entered data. Peaks will then revert to displaying the night as tracked by Apple Health.
