Privacy choices for Peaks
English
Deutsch
Peaks is built so your health and sleep data stay on your device or in your private iCloud sync. Depending on the feature, your app data may be stored on your device, in your private iCloud sync, or both. Personal health data is not shared with ad networks or data brokers.
Turn off Usage Insights & Attribution
Peaks uses analytics and attribution to understand how the app is used, how paywalls perform, and whether a purchase came from a campaign. This can include technical device information, app activity, and purchase context.
Peaks does not send your HealthKit data, notes, email address, or payment card details to these providers.
If you want to turn this off:
Open Peaks.
Go to Settings > Privacy.
Turn off Usage Insights & Attribution.
If you turn this setting off, Peaks stops sending new analytics and attribution events through this in-app control going forward.
You can also manage Apple permissions such as Apple Health access, notifications, and other system permissions in iOS Settings.
Unsubscribe from the newsletter
If you signed up for the newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email.
Access, deletion, and privacy requests
If you want to request access, deletion, or help with another privacy question, email us at contact@vogel.haus.
What you can do yourself in Peaks
The current privacy controls in Peaks mainly let you turn off Usage Insights & Attribution directly in the app.
If you use iCloud sync for Peaks, that data remains in your private iCloud storage under your control. You can also remove Peaks data through iCloud settings on your Apple devices.
If you use calendar export, Peaks can also delete the calendar events it created. You still need to delete the calendar itself manually in Apple Calendar.
What requires support
Peaks does not currently offer a separate self-service privacy portal or a single button to delete everything at once.
Please contact support for:
access requests
deletion requests beyond the in-app and iCloud controls
privacy requests related to newsletter or support data
